Digital Influence Group

A special interest group at Radboud University

The Digital Influence Group is a special interest group at Radboud University, which brings together researchers from iHub (Interdisciplinary Research Hub on Digitalization and Society) and CLS (Centre for Language Studies) to study autonomy, persuasion, and manipulation in the digital sphere. We consist of researchers from HCI, language studies and linguistics, communication science, computer science, law, and philosophy who share an interest in the challenges that emerging information technologies, such as large language models and opaque recommendation systems, pose to public values.
